Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Supersport

This is one of the last 911 Carrera 3.2s built, registered on 1 August 1989 as production wound down ahead of the 964. It is a Supersport, and one of a handful specified through Porsche's Sonderwunsch department, finished in Forest Green Metallic over Slate Grey and Linen leather. The page says it is the only Supersport built to this specification, and one of 226 in right-hand drive.

Options include a limited-slip differential, sport seats with electric height adjustment, an electric sunroof and a Hi-Fi package. Sonderwunsch additions include 930 Turbo LE-style rear brake-intake vents, a shortened gear lever and body-coloured wheels.

The car had one owner for 28 years, from 1998. It comes with an original service book with 21 stamps, a history file, invoices from new, books, spare keys, tools and a spare wheel. Suspension, exhaust and brakes were refurbished in 2016. Canford Classics has since prepared it, including an engine bay restoration, a major service, new engine mounts, scuttle corrosion repair and new tyres. It passed its MOT with no advisories. Compression and leak-down figures are reported as healthy. The paint is largely original, with some repairs disclosed. Mileage is 85,215.
