About this car
This 1910 Oldsmobile Special is the four-cylinder roadster from a year when Oldsmobile offered the Special alongside the huge six-cylinder Limited. Power comes from a 5.5-litre (about 336ci) T-head four rated at 40 bhp, driving the rear wheels through a four-speed manual gearbox. It is right-hand drive, starts on the handle, and brakes only on the rear wheels.
The car is finished in yellow with black pinstriping, brightwork in brass, and black buttoned leather seats for two. It has a single round glass screen. The page says it came from the Browning collection in Utah.
It has spent more than two decades in a Portuguese collection, where it is run at least 20km a month, and it has also completed several long-distance rallies. It was previously UK registered and carries Portuguese plates now. European taxes are paid, and viewing is in Lisbon. No mileage is given.
