The John Cooper Works GP, often called the GP2, was the final and most focused of the R56-generation hot MINIs. Production was limited to 2,000 cars worldwide. It pairs the 1.6-litre four-cylinder with 215 bhp and a six-speed manual gearbox, and drops the rear seats in favour of a lighter, stiffer, more track-minded package.
This example is finished in Thunder Grey with a silver roof, Chili Red mirror caps and GP graphics. Inside are Recaro sport seats trimmed in Dinamica leather, a John Cooper Works leather wheel and dashboard, and a "1 of 2000" door sill plate. The roof spoiler is carbon fibre, and the car sits on 17-inch John Cooper Works alloys.
It has covered about 24,000 miles and comes with a full BMW/MINI main dealer service history, two keys and documentation. The dealer describes it as standard and unmodified. The page gives conflicting figures for previous keepers, so check the number before buying.
