The SL55 is the current R232-generation SL in its more focused AMG form, pairing a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive and a nine-speed MCT automatic. It is a soft-top grand tourer with genuine pace rather than a stripped-out sports car.
