Mercedes-Benz E-Class 200 TE

This is an S124-generation Mercedes-Benz 200 TE, the entry-level estate in a range known for its heavy-duty construction and large load bay. Power comes from the 2.0-litre single-overhead-cam four-cylinder, paired here with a four-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive.

It was supplied new through Lark Valley Carriage Co in Bury St Edmunds and first registered in August 1992. It remains in its original Arctic White with blue cloth trim, and has an electric sunroof and 15-inch alloy wheels. The odometer shows 158,305 miles, and the car has had five owners from new. The current owner bought it in September 2006 at around 130,000 miles and has kept it for about 20 years.

The history file includes invoices from Mercedes-Benz dealers and specialists, MOT certificates from new, a service book with 30 stamps, the original wallet with handbooks, old tax discs and two sets of keys. The dealer reports no known issues and says the car will be serviced and given a new MOT before sale.
