2025 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 Launch Edition

This 2025 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 is the flagship Launch Edition, the most focused and highest-specified configuration offered at the car's introduction and already the rarest variant in the C192 range. Finished in MANUFAKTUR Alpine Grey — a £4,000 commission paint — over Black Nappa leather with MICROCUT microfibre inserts, it has covered just 2,824 miles from new with one owner and remains under Mercedes-Benz manufacturer warranty until March 2028.

Launch Edition spec brings the full performance arsenal as standard: AMG ceramic composite brakes with bronze calipers, 21-inch AMG multi-spoke forged wheels in Matt Tech Gold, the AMG Aerodynamics Package with fixed rear spoiler, the Exterior Carbon Package and the extended AMG Night Package. Crucially, this configuration deletes the rear seats in favour of a traditional two-seat coupé layout, distinguishing it from the 2+2 variants. Further kit includes the AMG Dynamic Plus Package, rear-axle steering, AMG Performance seats, Burmester surround sound, head-up display and the Exterior AMG Night Package.

At the heart sits the hand-assembled M177 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 producing 577 bhp, driving all four wheels via the nine-speed SPEEDSHIFT TCT transmission. With much of AMG's range moving to four-cylinder hybrid powertrains, a pure petrol V8 flagship in launch-spec trim is a configuration that is unlikely to be repeated.
