The Mazda Carol is one of the earliest Kei cars, built to Japan's size and engine limits in the early 1960s. This four-door example uses the 358cc water-cooled overhead-valve four-cylinder, among the smallest engines ever fitted to a production car, driving through a four-speed manual gearbox. It is smaller than an original Mini, with unitary construction and torsion-bar independent suspension all round.
The dealer believes it is the only P360 Carol in the UK. It came from Honda's private collection, where it arrived in 2003 as an apparently two-owner car, and it is a right-hand-drive car finished in white and blue with a blue interior. The page also mentions a nut-and-bolt restoration, though the text describes it as presented in very good original order, so that point is worth checking.
It has been on static display or in storage since it was acquired, so it will need recommissioning before use. The original handbook is included, and photographs on file show the car as it was found. The page gives no mileage, registration or year.
