This is a Series 1 Lotus Exige from 2001, one of the rarer early cars, now fitted with a Honda K20 engine in place of the original Rover K-series 1.8. The conversion was carried out by Sinclair's and has covered around 25,000 miles. The engine is described as standard internally, with Kpro engine management.

Other changes include Nitron 46mm dampers, uprated toe links, AD08 tyres and Exige S2 motorsport seats. The car has no limited-slip differential. The suspension has been refreshed and the fuel tank replaced.
