This is a build slot for a Lister Knobbly continuation car, recreating the 1950s Jaguar-engined sports racer that Lister made its name with. Unlike many continuation projects, Lister says its cars are eligible for IVA type approval, so they can be registered and driven on the road rather than being confined to the track.
Power comes from a 3.8-litre racing engine built around an original period Jaguar block, quoted at 350 bhp at 4,950 rpm. It is paired with an original-specification four-speed manual gearbox made for Lister by Crosthwaite and Gardiner, and drive goes to the rear wheels.
The car is listed as new with no mileage and shown in green. The page lists a limited number of build slots rather than a finished car, and the 1959 year refers to the original design.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar 3.8 straight-six engine details only. Lister published no verified factory power, weight or performance figures for the 1959 sports-racing car, so those fields are null.).
