A 1959 Land Rover Series IIA 88-inch soft top, finished in Deep Bronze Green. The short-wheelbase Series II is one of the most recognisable early Land Rovers, and this one has been through a full restoration completed in late 2024.
The work included a strip-down and repaint, nut-and-bolt replacement, and a restored and galvanised bulkhead. The original chassis was retained with minimal localised repairs, then galvanised. It has new doors, wings and floor pan, a new canvas hood and bespoke leather seating, with three seats up front and two rear benches. The engine has been rebuilt and the bay painted in duck egg blue. Heavy-duty wheels carry Goodyear off-road tyres, and an ignition immobiliser has been fitted alongside the original steering wheel and dash.
The page lists 10,698 miles. The car is MOT, VED and ULEZ exempt.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Mismatch: Series IIA launched 1961, so 1959 = Series II; engine not specified (2.25 petrol, 2.0/2.25 diesel offered), so engine-specific figures withheld. Part-time 4WD.).
