Land Rover Defender 90 2.2 TD Hard Top

This is a late-production, old-shape Defender 90 Hard Top, registered in 2014 and showing just 5,275 miles. It has had one owner from new, which is unusual for a working-bred 4x4 and a large part of its appeal as a collectable.

It is finished in Aintree Green with a white contrast roof, a grey twill interior and 16-inch white steel wheels. The options are period-correct: front and rear classic mudflaps, a black spare wheel cover, wheel arch extensions and a fixed towbar with electrics. The Hard Top layout has a single passenger seat and plain metal side panels.

Power comes from the 2.2-litre turbodiesel through a six-speed manual gearbox and permanent four-wheel drive with a lockable centre differential. Hill descent control and electronic stability control are fitted, and the car is described as being in original condition.
