2025 Land Rover Defender 110 OCTA Black

The Defender OCTA Black is Land Rover's most extreme Defender, taking the standard OCTA's 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged mild-hybrid V8 and wrapping it in up to 30 gloss and satin black exterior elements. With 626 bhp and 554 ft-lb of torque, it covers 0-62 mph in 3.8 seconds, while the 6D Dynamics hydraulic suspension and widened track give it a pace and body control rare in a 2.4-tonne off-roader.

This 2025 (75-plate) example has covered just 1,525 miles and has had one owner from new. It is finished in Narvik Black solid paint, with the whole body wrapped in factory-applied matte paint protection film for a satin look. Inside, the seats are trimmed in perforated semi-aniline leather and Kvadrat in Ebony, paired with an Ebony suedecloth headlining. Satin black 20-inch Style 1086 wheels with a diamond-turned satin dark tint finish wear all-terrain tyres.

The expedition-minded options are what set it apart: a Black Expedition roof rack (£1,418), deployable roof ladder, fixed side steps, roof rails and an electrically deployable towbar, plus an integrated air compressor and OCTA mudflaps. It is UK supplied and still covered by Land Rover's manufacturer warranty until November 2028.
