Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera

This Gallardo Superleggera has been taken well beyond factory specification. Underground Racing, the American specialist, fitted a twin-turbocharged conversion on a rebuilt V10 with a billet short block, Carrillo rods, CP pistons and ported heads. The page quotes around 1,000 wheel horsepower on pump fuel and more than 1,500 on race gas, with a revised final drive for a claimed top speed of about 225 mph.

Other changes include HRE wheels, an LP560 front bumper and full clear paint protection inside and out. The car went back to Underground Racing for larger exhaust housings and injectors, a new ceramic clutch and a billet 225 final drive gear. The page puts the build cost at $150,000.

It shows 9,800 miles, up from under 7,000 when the build was completed, and is finished in orange. It has the e-gear automated manual gearbox and four-wheel drive. The page says it has been garaged, never driven in the rain and never had a roll cage fitted. The advert lists the standard output as 513 bhp, while the title says 530 bhp.
