Jaguar XK 150 3.4 S Drophead Coupé

This is a left-hand-drive XK 150 S Drophead Coupé, the top specification of Jaguar's last XK, with triple SU carburettors and a stated 250 bhp from the 3.4-litre straight-six. Only 104 of the 3.4 S Drophead Coupés were made, and just 68 of those were left-hand drive. It has a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive and still has its original engine and gearbox.

Built in January 1959, it was delivered new to California and later joined a private collection in Holland. Zwakman Motors carried out a restoration reported to have cost more than €300,000, and Guy Broad in Coventry completed it in 2019. The page records £25,298 of Broad's work. It is finished in Dark Blue with a red leather interior and a black hood.

Upgrades aim at touring use: power steering, Spax dampers, a stainless exhaust, an electric cooling fan, electronic ignition, an aluminium radiator, a louvred bonnet, bucket seats and Borrani wire wheels. It was serviced in September 2026 and then covered 867 miles on a rally in France without fault. The history file includes restoration photographs, the JDHT certificate, the handbook and a tool kit, and the car has a new MOT.
