2016 Jaguar F-Type Project 7
£149,995
About this car
Only 250 Project 7s were built, and this is one of an estimated 80 delivered new to the UK. It is Jaguar's open-top tribute to the D-Type and its Le Mans wins, and the most extreme F-Type of its generation. The supercharged 5.0-litre V8 makes 567 bhp and 516 ft-lb, with a quoted 0-62 mph time of 4 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph. Those figures put it well above the standard F-Type R of the period.
This car has covered just 716 miles and has had two owners from new. It is finished in Aston Martin Lightning Silver, an unusual choice for a Project 7, with a full carbon fibre aero package: front bumper and diffuser, side skirts, rear bumper, bonnet louvres and spoiler. Carbon ceramic brakes with yellow calipers sit behind black 20-inch Storm 5040 wheels, and Project 7 decals complete the exterior.
The cabin has lozenge-quilted Jet Black leather with ivory stitching, carbon centre console trim, SVO four-point harnesses and eight-way partial electric seats. A sports exhaust, Meridian audio and ambient lighting are also fitted, along with a heated steering wheel, a rear-view camera and keyless entry. At this mileage it is close to a time-capsule example of a car that is already collectable.
