2024 Ford Ranger Raptor

The Ranger Raptor is Ford Performance's answer to the question of what a double-cab pick-up looks like when the Blue Oval's off-road division is let loose on it. This 2024 (74-plate) example uses the 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6, producing 288 bhp and 491 lb-ft, driving all four wheels through a 10-speed automatic. It is a very different proposition to the diesel Rangers that dominate the segment, and the petrol V6 gives it a distinctive character among performance trucks.
