Among the most collectible Ferraris of the past two decades, the F430 with the 6-speed gated manual occupies a position that only strengthens with time. The open-gate transmission was available on the standard Coupe from new but was chosen by a small minority of buyers — the vast majority opting for the F1 paddle-shift unit — which makes finding a manual example at all something of a task, let alone one with 4,816 miles on the clock after nearly two decades. What the numbers don't capture is the tactile quality of threading each ratio through that exposed metal gate: it demands attention and rewards precision in a way that no Ferrari produced since replicates. At this mileage, with this history and in this colour, it represents one of the most complete manual F430s available anywhere.
