About this car

A left-hand-drive 1997 F355 Berlinetta with the six-speed manual gearbox, converted to Challenge specification for the Superformance Ferrari Club Classic race series. It was delivered new to Tamsen Ferrari in Germany in June 1997 and came to the UK soon afterwards.

The conversion adds original-style white Speedline Challenge wheels, a Challenge rear grille and spoiler, Cobra Imola Pro Race seats, harnesses, a roll cage, a flat-bottom steering wheel and a fire extinguisher system. Brakes, radiators, engine mounts and the power steering tank were renewed, and tow hooks were fitted. The original wheels, Nero leather seats, rear grille and manifold stay with the car.

The history file is large and includes an original service book with 14 stamps, warranty card, manuals, a Schedoni wallet and two keys. Cambelt services were carried out in 2021 and in November 2023 at Dick Lovett. The odometer shows 88,450 km, and the MOT runs to March 2027.
