2016 Ferrari F12 TDF
£950,000(estimated - POA)
About this car
Only 799 F12tdfs were built, and this is one of them: Ferrari's most extreme front-engined V12, a lighter and more focused development of the F12berlinetta. Its 6.3-litre naturally aspirated engine makes 769 bhp, and the car is quoted at 2.9 seconds to 62 mph and 211 mph flat out. Virtual Short Wheelbase rear-wheel steering gives it agility that no other big-V12 Ferrari of its era could match. The tdf name nods to the Tour de France Automobile, the endurance race that Ferrari's 250 GT Berlinetta dominated in the 1950s.
This UK-supplied car is an Atelier build, finished in Rosso Corsa over Cuoio Alcantara, and has covered just 3,750 miles. The specification leans towards the car's focused character, with carbon fibre racing seats, carbon engine covers and filter box, carbon rear bench trim and underdoor cover, and Alcantara on the headliner, rear wall and centre console. Contrasting touches include a yellow rev counter and yellow brake callipers, and the car rides on 20-inch forged wheels in matte black.
Two options add to its usability and appeal: the suspension lifter, which helps on steep ramps and driveways, and the passenger display, which mirrors key performance data on the dashboard. Full satin paint protection film covers the bodywork, and the car comes with an extensive Ferrari service history. As one of the last limited-run, front-engined, naturally aspirated V12 Ferraris, the F12tdf remains one of the most sought-after modern models from Maranello.
