2019 Ferrari 812 Superfast

The 812 Superfast is the car that proved a naturally aspirated V12 still had a place in the turbocharged era: a 6.5-litre engine producing 789 bhp, a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and rear-wheel steering, good for 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds and a 211 mph top speed. This 2019 car has covered just 12,000 miles and remains under the Ferrari Power Warranty until February 2028, which removes much of the ownership risk that comes with a car of this complexity.

It is finished in Nero Daytona with a satin paint protection film over the top, an understated take on a car often seen in red. Inside is a Crema leather interior with Daytona-style seats, Nero stitching and Alcantara upper surfaces. The specification is carefully chosen: carbon fibre driver zone with LEDs, carbon dashboard inserts, central bridge and sill kicks, 20-inch matt black forged alloys, a front suspension lifter, and a passenger display.

Other options include the JBL Professional hi-fi, Apple CarPlay, surround-view cameras, the full ADAS pack, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, titanium exhaust tips and privacy rear glass. The suspension lifter and parking cameras make it more usable day to day, while the carbon and forged wheel options give it a purposeful look without departing from the Ferrari's grand touring character.
