About this car
The 488 GTB marked Ferrari's reintroduction of forced induction to its mid-engined V8 lineage — the 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged unit producing 660bhp and despatching 0-62mph in 3.0 seconds, all channelled through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. This 2016 car wears Bianco Italia, a colour that sits at the rarer end of 488 GTB configurations and contrasts sharply with the near-total carbon fibre treatment throughout. More significantly, it was factory-built as an Atelier specification car — Ferrari's bespoke programme — meaning virtually every surface has been considered: front splitter, underdoor covers, side air splitters, rear diffuser, air ducts, engine cover, wheel centre caps, driver's zone with LED accents, dashboard insert, and the tunnel bridge are all carbon fibre. The Goldrake carbon fibre racing seats are present, complemented by Alcantara door panels, Alcantara lower dashboard, and Cavallino embroidery on the headrests.
At 9,300 miles across ten years, this is an exceptionally low-use example. Full Ferrari service history from new accompanies it, along with front-end PPF protection, titanium exhaust pipes, 20-inch forged diamond-cut alloys, and aluminium brake callipers — a specification that would have carried a substantial premium over the already considerable base price when new. The White rev counter and JBL sound system add further detail to an already thorough build sheet.
