Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta

A 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta with just 2,915 miles recorded — one of only 499 examples built, and among the most collectible modern Ferraris. The Speciale Aperta combined the hardcore, naturally aspirated flat-plane V8 of the 458 Speciale with a retractable hardtop, creating a car that could deliver the full 598 bhp assault on the senses with the roof stowed. Production was strictly limited and allocation was reserved for Ferrari's most favoured clients.

The 458 Speciale Aperta represents the pinnacle of the 458 platform — lighter, sharper, and more powerful than the standard Spider, with active aerodynamics carried over from the Speciale coupe. The 4.5-litre V8 remains one of the finest engines Ferrari has ever produced, revving to 9,000 rpm with a mechanical intensity that its turbocharged successors cannot replicate. At under 3,000 miles, this example has barely been used, which is typical for a car whose value has climbed steadily since new.
