Ferrari 456 M GTA

The 456M was the 1998 update of Ferrari's front-engined V12 four-seater, with a carbon-fibre bonnet, revised aerodynamics, larger front brakes from the 550 Maranello and a changed firing order. The GTA adds a four-speed automatic, and the page says only 650 456M GTAs were built. This one was delivered new in March 1999 in Blu Nart over cream leather with Daytona-style seat inserts, blue carpets and blue trim.

The odometer reads 23,591 miles, but the speedometer was replaced in March 2007 at 39,892 miles and the true figure is stated as 63,483 miles. The old speedometer goes with the car. It is a UK-supplied car with nine previous owners and a service history from new. It comes with its original book pack and tool kit, a non-age-related private plate and a set of 550 Maranello wheels.

The current owner bought it in June 2025 and spent more than £18,000 at Prestige Autoworks in Bicester. The work included a major top-end engine overhaul with upgraded valve guides, new timing and auxiliary belts, a cooling system overhaul, new OEM dampers and front discs and pads. It also had a gearbox service, an oil leak repair and a new alternator. The owner has moved to Canada, which is why it is for sale.
