The 365 GT4 BB is the first of Ferrari's Berlinetta Boxers and the rarest of them. Of 387 built, 88 were right-hand drive and only 58 of those were made for the UK. This is one of them, chassis 18075, with a 4.4-litre flat-12 and five-speed manual gearbox.
Classiche certified since 2010, it is confirmed as a factory-correct, matching-numbers car. It was first registered in the UK by Maranello Concessionaires in 1979, and its first owner is recorded as H.R.H. Prince Mashour Ben Saud. It has stayed in Britain throughout.
Foskers owned it in 2008 and carried out a restoration in-house, returning it to its original Rosso Chiaro with beige leather and the 365 BB's triple-outlet exhaust silencers. It shows 26,877 miles, has Daytona-style seats, 7.5x15 Cromodora alloys with four new tyres, power windows and air conditioning. It completed the 2011 Mille Miglia and has won concours events, including the Ferrari Owners Club National Concours. The history file includes the Classiche folder, a leather wallet and toolkit, and two binders covering the restoration, MOTs, invoices and original Ferrari order forms.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Ferrari's official historical figures: 380 cv at 7,200 rpm, 4,390 cc flat-12, 302 km/h. Ferrari published a dry weight rather than a kerb weight, so weight is null. Not limited-run, so units null.).
