Elektron Quasar

The Quasar is a Stuttgart-built electric hypercar limited to 99 examples, and this is one of them. It uses four electric motors, two at each axle, each pair feeding its own gearbox with a mechanical limited-slip differential. Combined output is quoted at 2,413 bhp and 2,790 Nm, with a claimed 0-62mph time of 1.65 seconds and a top speed of 326mph.

Away from the headline figures, the car has a carbon monocoque, push-rod suspension with adaptive damping and hydraulic steering, which is unusual for an EV. A simulated eight-speed mode lets the driver swap between automatic and manual shifting. The 800-volt system uses a battery of up to 106 kWh, with a quoted WLTP range of up to 604 km.
