About this car
The Creation CA07 was Oxford-based Creation Autosportif's first all-new Le Mans Prototype, designed by former Reynard engineer Kieron Salter for the 2007 regulations. It uses a 5.5-litre Judd V10 and a six-speed sequential Ricardo gearbox. Only three were built, and this is chassis 002.
Chassis 002 made its Le Mans debut in 2008 and finished 24th overall and 11th in LMP1. It went on to take eighth at the Nürburgring 1000km, sixth at Silverstone and fourth in class at Laguna Seca in the American Le Mans Series. It finished Le Mans again in 2009, in 24th place, this time with a narrow-angle Judd V10 and Dunlop tyres.
A new owner acquired it in 2015 and had it rebuilt by LMP specialist BBM Sport. It then won overall at the 2018 Imola Motor Legend Festival in Masters Endurance Legends competition. It is eligible for the Peter Auto Legends of Le Mans grid, Motor Racing Legends Endurance Icons and Masters Historic Endurance Legends. The price is on application.
