2013 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse

Chassis 029 is a one-off among one-offs: a Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, one of just 92 built, specified as a unique 1/1 car and signed as such on the door sill. The open-top final evolution of the Veyron carries the quad-turbocharged 8.0-litre W16 in 1,183 bhp form, good for 0-62 mph in 2.5 seconds and a 255 mph top speed with 1,106 ft-lb of torque. This example is finished in Gloss Jet Grey with Matte Jet Grey door handles, mirrors and exterior B elements, set against a Tangerine and Anthracite leather interior with carbon fibre centre console and door card trim.

The headline is its provenance. The car has been back to Bugatti in recent years for the full La Maison Pur Sang process, the factory's programme of inspection, authentication and documentation. It comes with a booklet dedicated to chassis 029 and a folder containing a certificate of authenticity, confirming the specification as originally commissioned. Few Grand Sport Vitesse cars have been through this re-certification.

It has covered 6,600 miles and wears full paint protection film. The accessory list is complete: both the soft top and removable hard top with stands and bags, speed key and spare key, PDA, battery conditioner, fitted car cover, carbon roof stand pole, wind deflector, leather air intake covers and first aid kit.
