BMW Z4 M40i

The Z4 M40i is the fast one in the G29 range: a turbocharged 3.0-litre straight-six driving the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic, in a compact soft-top roadster. It sits just below the full M cars in character, with real pace and a good exhaust note.

This example is finished in Black Sapphire with Magma Red Vernasca leather, a combination that lifts it above the usual dark-on-dark spec. It has covered 18,000 miles and is stated to have a full BMW service history.
