BMW M3 CSL

The E46 M3 CSL is one of the defining homologation-era BMWs: a lightened, sharpened M3 built for the 2004 model year only. Its carbon-fibre roof, bucket seats and stripped-out cabin helped cut around 110 kg from the standard car, while the S54 straight-six was lifted to 350 bhp. Of the 1,383 built, 422 came to the UK, and this right-hand-drive car is one of them.

This example is finished in Silver Grey Metallic over an anthracite Alcantara interior, with the forged 19-inch CSL wheels and black-painted calipers. It has the optional air conditioning and stereo that BMW allowed buyers to add back, plus xenon headlights with washers. The gearbox is the six-speed SMG II automated manual, the only transmission offered.
