BMW i8 Roadster

The BMW i8 Roadster occupies a curious place in modern automotive history — a genuinely futuristic machine that felt ahead of its time when new, and still turns heads today. This 2019 example is the open-top Roadster variant of BMW's carbon-fibre-tub plug-in hybrid sports car, finished in Orange — a striking choice that suits the car's otherworldly aesthetic. With just 8,620 miles recorded across two owners, it's barely been run in.

The i8's 1.5-litre three-cylinder turbo works in concert with an electric motor to produce 369 bhp through all four wheels, with a 155 mph top speed and 320 ft-lb of torque on tap. This example gains the BMW Laserlights option — laser headlights offering substantially longer range than conventional LEDs — along with the Accaro interior in E-Copper leather and cloth, 20-inch bicolour Style 516 alloys, and the eDrive Exterior Sound package.
