This is a facelifted Mulsanne from 2017, powered by Bentley's 6.75-litre V8, a design with roots going back decades. Its 1,020 torque figure gives the near-three-tonne saloon an unhurried but forceful character, with the page quoting 0-60mph in 5.3 seconds.

It has Premier Specification and the Mulliner Driving Specification with polished 21-inch wheels, plus a panoramic glass sunroof, soft-close doors and massaging, heated and ventilated seats front and rear. The cabin is Linen diamond-quilted hide with burr walnut veneer, veneered picnic tables, rear pillows and lambswool rugs. The paint is Lakeside Blue metallic.
