The 2017 Bentayga W12 is the original flagship configuration of Bentley's first SUV — twin-turbocharged 6.0-litre W12, 600 bhp, 900 lb-ft of torque, 0-60 in 4.0 seconds and a 187 mph top speed. At 33,211 miles from new on a 2017 registration, this example is lightly used for a nine-year-old car, and it predates the 2020 facelift that subtly revised the exterior's proportions.

The options list is substantive. Touring Specification and Veneered Picnic Tables indicate a build oriented toward rear-seat comfort, while 21-inch five-twin-spoke alloys finished in black with diamond turning add visual weight. Privacy glass to the rear, a hands-free tailgate, four-zone climate control, a heated three-spoke hide-trimmed steering wheel, and a remote garage door opener complete the key additions. Contrast stitching and hand stitching details across the cabin suggest the interior was ordered with some attention to detail.

Grey is a conservative colour choice for a Bentayga, though it suits the pre-facelift stance without complication. The W12 sits meaningfully above the twin-turbo V8 in the range — not just in output but in character, with the weight and sound of Crewe's twelve-cylinder adding occasion that the eight-cylinder simply cannot replicate.
