Bentley Azure

This 1998 Bentley Azure began life as a Rolls-Royce and Bentley press and demonstrator car, before a spell on loan to a high-value Bentley client for promotional use. That client later bought it under a special deal. The registration document shows three former keepers, and letters in the file from Bentley and the client's offices support the history.

The specification is unusual. Black Emerald Mica paint is paired with a special-order Black Emerald hide, Hampton Green Wilton carpets and lambswool rugs, and a black cloth hood lining. Non-standard extras include burr walnut waistrails with cross banding, a solid walnut gear lever, a burr walnut seat-heater switch panel, bright radiator vanes and headlight surrounds, and 1997 model-year seats and front indicator lenses.

It shows 18,100 miles. The current owner bought it from the selling dealer in August 2020 at 16,300 miles and has added about 2,500 miles, with annual servicing and invoices on file. Handbooks, service books and three sets of keys are present, along with a green indoor car cover.
