2018 Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Speedster
£425,000
About this car
Only 28 Vanquish Zagato Speedsters were built, and this is believed to be one of just seven in right-hand drive. It is also one of the more distinctive ones: a Q Special 'Caplan Roadster Green' paint finish is paired with bronze metallic leather, and the full Villa d'Este pack that adds black and bronze detailing throughout the car. The pack is named for the 2016 concept reveal at Lake Como, and this car carries the signed Villa d'Este plaque from Marek Reichmann and Andrea Zagato.
Under the carbon fibre bodywork is Aston's 5.9-litre naturally aspirated V12, producing 595 bhp and 465 ft-lb through an eight-speed ZF Touchtronic III automatic. Top speed is quoted at 189 mph. The Zagato additions are what set it apart visually: exposed carbon fibre double-bubble humps, a larger 3D 'Z' grille, Vulcan-inspired blade tail lights and carbon A-pillars. Other options include One-77 inspired mirrors and steering wheel, a carbon fibre prop shaft, carbon ceramic brakes, a Bang & Olufsen audio system, herringbone fascia trim and 20-inch satin black diamond-turned wheels with a bronze tint.
The car is UK supplied and has covered just 880 miles since new, so the bronze and black detailing the Villa d'Este pack adds is still fresh. It is offered with a Romans International Platinum Warranty. Speedsters like this tend to be bought by collectors, and the combination of rarity, a naturally aspirated V12 and a right-hand-drive specification makes it a strong candidate for that market.
