Alfa Romeo GT Junior

The GT Junior is the smaller-engined sibling in Alfa Romeo's Bertone-styled GT coupé range, and this 1970 car has been developed well beyond its factory specification. The 2.0-litre four-cylinder is a race-specification build, done in collaboration between Titus Rowson and Brunswick Motorsport, and is quoted at 180 bhp. It uses high-compression pistons, ACL bearings, ARP fasteners, a lightweight flywheel and a balanced rotating assembly, with twin Weber 45 carburettors and programmable electronic ignition.

Much of the chassis hardware comes from Alfaholics: Bilstein dampers made for the company, lightweight front suspension arms, 800 lb front springs, adjustable rear dampers and a limited-slip differential. Braking is by a four-pot Superleggera front kit with adjustable bias, and there is a GTA-R radiator with a separate oil cooler. Inside are competition seats and harnesses, and the car has a bolt-in roll cage and fire-extinguisher system.

The odometer reads 94,185 miles. The page says an extensive set of invoices documents the engine build and the upgrades.
