2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm

The Giulia GTAm is Alfa Romeo's most extreme production road car, built to mark the brand's 110th anniversary and limited to 500 units worldwide across the GTA and GTAm variants combined. This is the stripped, racier GTAm configuration — one of just 19 delivered to the UK — finished in Etna Red Metallic with gold brake calipers and a matching red roll bar. It is a factory specification that leaves little ambiguity about what this car is.

The 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 produces 532 bhp, driving the rear wheels through an 8-speed ZF automatic. The GTAm deletes the rear seats entirely, replacing them with a roll cage and Sabelt carbon fibre racing buckets, while the centre-lock forged wheels — a first on any production saloon — carbon ceramic brakes, Akrapovic titanium exhaust, and full aero bodywork complete the track-focused brief. Performance figures of 3.6 seconds to 62 mph and a 186 mph top speed reflect the hardware, though the chassis tuning and downforce generation are what genuinely differentiate it from anything else with four doors.

This car has covered just 2,442 miles from new and has been freshly serviced by an authorised Alfa Romeo dealer. The options list includes the correct gold calipers, 20-inch single-nut forged wheels in black, and the carbon fibre roof — all factory. With fewer than 20 UK-market examples in existence, this represents about as concentrated a dose of Alfa Romeo's racing intent as has ever been offered for road use.
